About Us

Working in Hollywood’s entertainment industry after being in pageantry (former Miss Illinois Runner-Up), I witnessed so many women with awful cosmetic surgery outcomes, so I am determined to change this by helping launch My Cosmetic Surgery Advisor. 

With encouragement from my father, an FBI agent, and mother, a former “Romper Room” host, I have long been involved in philanthropic causes since an early age:  Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), American Cancer Society, Ribbon of Promise (Anti School Violence Org.), Founder and President of Positive Outlets (Anti- School Violence Org), Hospice Volunteer, Big Brothers and Sisters, and countless mentor programs as well as have been selected to Mayor Daley’s St. Patrick’s Day Queen’s Court on three separate occasions.  I also represented Chicago as The Rose of Tralee, an American ambassador to Ireland.  Besides my bachelors’ degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I took coursework in American Sign Language Interpreting. 

To date, your support has been overwhelming, as our sincere endeavor has grown beyond our wildest dreams.  Every day, we receive calls, emails, and letters of support from folks nationwide, and sometimes even from overseas. 

Please realize that my colleagues and I are just like you, a concerned group of professionals who are also mothers and fathers, daughters and sons, and close friends committed to helping stop cosmetic surgery “nightmares.”  What started as a means to help friends and family become better informed has turned into our higher mission to help you and your loved ones make the best informed decision, as if the decision was our own or for our nearest and dearest loved ones.  Thanks to you, more and more folks are telling their friends about us, encouraging us with your thank you’s, and helping us with contributions to sustain our efforts of reviewing for world class surgeons who are equally concerned about your well-being as well as comply with our Practice Malpractice Audit.
