Do images of reality television surgeons pop up when you think of Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery?  Do images of private planes, chauffeured limousines, and world class models and heiresses being whisked through the private entrances of the world’s best cosmetic surgeons sound appealing, or does this sound like a turn off instead?
