• We personally interview the surgeons, their staff, and their references:
• We take a fair and balanced approach, more like a peer-to-peer exchange of information.
• We learn their procedural specialties and personal preferences, in terms of type of procedures and types of patients.
• We continuously monitor and review each surgeon.
